The A/BC Grade Solid European Oak Panel – 40mm is a high-quality, edge-glued oak board designed for a wide variety of interior joinery and woodworking applications. With its robust 40mm thickness, it’s ideal for structural or heavy-use elements such as stair treads, worktops, and shelving. Supplied in commercial board form, ready for custom shaping and finishing.

This solid oak panel features a clean A-grade face with minimal live knots and uniform grain, while the BC-grade reverse offers a more naturally varied appearance. The edge-glued construction ensures strength, stability, and visual balance across the board.

Finish

The panel is supplied untreated, pre-sanded – customer can apply their preferred finish (wood stain, oil, wax or lacquer).
