Delivery Information

Dispatch & Delivery time

Most of our items are dispatched within 48 to 72 hours from receipt of the order (excluding bespoke orders and items on backorder).

You can expect delivery within 5 working days.

You will receive e-mail notifications about status of your order, with a link to parcel tracking, where you should be able to track delivery status in real time (provided the courier makes this information available).

Fees

Delivery charges vary depending on the product(s) you order, the delivery address and the delivery method.
You can check the cost of delivery by providing your shipping address on the basket or checkout page, where the shipping cost will be calculated for you.

If the courier cannot deliver due to delivery being missed or refused you may incur a re-delivery charge.

Collection

Some of the goods are available for collection only – contact us prior to ordering and allow 2 to 7 days from ordering prior to collecting.
This ensures that your order is ready when you arrive.

Urgent orders

Should you need any items urgently please contact us at 01302 965390 to arrange a collection date.

Please allow 10 days for delivery unless otherwise stated. All dates for deliveries are estimates. Please ensure that all delivery details are accurate as incorrect details could lead to a delays. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescale, on occasion delays are unavoidable due to unforeseen factors.

Damages and missing items

In the event of any damages or missing items, the buyer must report this in writing with photographic evidence (via email to info@fiximer.co.uk) within 48 hours from delivery.
Any damages or missing items reported after that will not be reimbursed or replaced.

Legal

We shall not be liable in any way for any direct or indirect loss, damage or expenses (including but not limited to loss of profit and liability to third parties) suffered or incurred by you as a consequence of any delay in delivery.

All goods should be checked carefully and signed for by you at the time of delivery. No items can be replaced if a parcel is missing and the buyer had signed for it.

If the courier’s note that you sign for, is signed as unchecked, it is assumed that the items have been delivered in an undamaged state and will not be replaced.
All goods must be signed for by a person over the age of 18.
